Main responsibilities

Gestione autonoma di infrastrutture IT/OT complesse e risoluzione incidenti (livello 3).
Progettazione e implementazione di misure per protezione dati, business continuity (inclusi Disaster Recovery Plan) e alta disponibilità.
Monitoraggio di piattaforme, sistemi e valutazione di obsolescenza/vulnerabilità.
Redazione di documentazione tecnica, report e piani di progetto.
Supporto, supervisione delle attività tecniche e formazione/sensibilizzazione del personale aziendale.

Requirements

Esperienza consolidata in gestione di ambienti infrastrutturali complessi.
Conoscenza avanzata di sistemi operativi, database, strutture dati (big data) e tecnologie di rete (TCP/IP, routing, filtering, DNS).
Competenze in sicurezza informatica (cifratura, zero trust, segmentazione).
Conoscenza di scripting, metodologie di project management e ottima padronanza dell’inglese.
Soft skills: attitudine al problem solving, capacità di lavoro in team/autonomo, eccellenti doti comunicative e attenzione al dettaglio.

Nice to have

Certificazioni: CompTIA Network+, CompTIA CySA+, CCIE/CCNA, Windows Servers (o similari), ITIL o DevOps.
Esperienza significativa nel settore farmaceutico/life science.
