Internship IT System Engineer

MAASI Enterprises is seeking undergraduate or graduate students with only a few exams remaining, as well as recent graduates, available to undertake a non-curricular internship in the IT System Engineering area.

Internship purpose:

To learn and work with software systems and technologies in the pharmaceutical sector; analyse regulatory requirements; create technical documentation; and provide technical support for the installation, configuration, and integration of different IT systems.

Position details

Main responsibilities

Contribute to maintaining an innovative IT architecture by bringing professional insight into the latest industry innovations.

Independently manage and resolve Level 2 technical issues related to the client’s IT/OT infrastructure.

Provide specialised technical support for IT/OT systems within industrial production architectures and environments.

Keep project documentation up to date within the assigned area of responsibility.

Participate in the management of technical changes to the client’s IT/OT infrastructure.

Work competently and in compliance with the client’s Quality guidelines and manuals (both IT/OT-specific and general procedures).

Requirements

Undergraduates or recent graduates

Passion and curiosity for the IT world

Knowledge of collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams, MS Outlook, Google Mail) and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Documents)

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Aptitude for problem solving and independent learning

Good knowledge of the English language (at least B2)

Ability to work in a team and independently
