Main responsibilities

Gestione e risoluzione di incidenti/problemi di Livello 2 in sistemi IT/OT e business applications.
Supporto tecnico informatico in architetture di produzione industriale.
Collaborazione con specialisti di automazione industriale e gestione del cambiamento infrastrutturale.
Gestione qualità dei dati e configurazione risorse in ambienti regolamentati.
Aggiornamento documentazione di progetto e conformità alle linee guida di sicurezza/qualità.

Requirements

Passione per l’IT, attenzione ai dettagli, capacità relazionali e di problem solving.
Conoscenza piattaforme di collaborazione, MS Office, fogli di calcolo.
Conoscenze di base: sistemi operativi, reti informatiche, lingua inglese (preferibilmente B1).
Capacità di leggere cronoprogrammi, adattabilità e autonomia.

Nice to have

Conoscenza metodologie di project management e processi industriali.
Familiarità con programmazione e database.
Abilità nella documentazione tecnica (manuali, rapporti).
Conoscenza buona della lingua inglese (B2).
